W. Robert Malesic, 84, of Lower Paxton Twp., died Wednesday, September 20, 2023 in his home.

He was a graduate of Harrisburg Catholic High School, a Peacetime Veteran of the US Air Force, and a retired Journeyman Electrician for IBEW Union 143.

Robert was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Roman Catholic Church, Lower Paxton Twp. and was founder of ROMEO (Retired Old Men Eat Out).

He was the son of the late John and Mary Forjan Malesic and is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Susan Sienkiewicz Malesic; two sons, Christian D. Malesic and wife, Valerie of Dallas, TX and Craig G. Malesic and wife, Melissa, Lower Paxton Twp.; five grandchildren, Sarah, Skylar, Damon, Carter and Isabelle Malesic.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 11:00 am in Holy Name of Jesus Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Damon Tritle, Parochial Vicar, as Celebrant. Burial in Resurrection Cemetery at the conclusion of Mass with Full Military Honors. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 10:00 am until 11:00 am in the Church. Arrangements are being handled by Wiedeman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Oberlin.
