Obituary

Trudy Lea Jones, 71 of Camp Hill passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on December 5, 2025. Born June 4, 1954, in Chambersburg, Pa, she was the daughter to the late Hubert and Bertie Smith.

Trudy was a supervisor for the Naval Depot in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania for over 30 years. She was a dedicated wife, loving mother, and devoted friend who will be deeply missed. Trudy sought to live out her Christian faith in every aspect of her life. Her passions were spending time with her family friends, and pets (Bear, Skip, Razzy), living along the Conodoguinet Creek, enjoying the wildlife and water views. Her special times with family were vacations to Avalon or Stone Harbor, New Jersey. Along with her famous Sunday dinners and delicious Holiday meals are some of our favorite family memories.

Trudy is survived by her husband Richard Jones of Camp Hill; her daughter, Christy Hartwick (Allan Clionsky); her son Blaine Mills (Sherise); stepsons, Rob Jones and Mike Jones (Kirsten); grandchildren, Alexis Hartwick, Lauren Araiza, Aiden and Langston Mills, Alaina, Elisabeth, Max, Andy and Jack Jones; her great-grandson Mateo Araiza, her sister Georgie Wenger.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 15, 2025 at Wiedeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 357 S Harrisburg Street, Oberlin, PA. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. A Visitation will take place prior to service from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM.
