Theresa Ann (Przekop) Goles, 82, of Middletown, passed away at home with family by her side on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Born on January 14, 1944 at Shamokin Hospital, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Henrietta (Remash) Przekop.

Theresa graduated from Mt. Carmel High School with the class of 1961. On August 29, 1964 she married Ronald Goles at Our Mother of Consolation Church in Mount Carmel, PA. They celebrated 60 years of marriage until his passing on May 22, 2025.

Theresa worked for the PA Department of Health and Welfare after graduation until her retirement. She was a devout Catholic and active member of Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. She was a kind and loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who will be deeply missed.

Theresa is survived by her daughter Linda Goles-Long and her husband Bill Long, and son David Goles and his wife Natalie; her grandsons Ryan Long and Gregory Goles; and sisters Patricia Dabulis, Joann Lentini, Diane Cole, and Donna Rothermel.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 280 N Race Street, Middletown, PA 17057, with Rev. Timothy Sahd, Pastor, celebrating. Burial will follow at Middletown Cemetery. A Visitation will be held in the church prior to Mass from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM.
