Stanley Kapac, 78, of Old Town, FL and formerly of Steelton, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at North Florida Hospital. Born in Harrisburg on February 25, 1948, he was the son of the late Joseph J. and Helen (Zarkovich) Kapac.

Stanley graduated from Steelton Highspire High School with the class of 1966. He worked for the PA Turnpike Commission until his retirement. He was a member of St. Nicholas Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church. He is remembered for his love of Volkswagon cars. He was a member of many Volkswagon Enthusiast Clubs, including the Harrisburg VW Club where he served as a Judge. He is survived by many cousins.

A Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at St. Nicholas Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church, 601 S Harrisburg St, Steelton, PA 17113, with Rev. Christopher Rocknage, Pastor, officiating. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. A Viewing will be held in the church prior to service from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Nicholas Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church at the address above.
