Samuel Robinson, 80, of Middletown, passed away on Friday, September 18, 2026 at UPMC Harrisburg Hospital with family by his side. Born in Harrisburg on February 14, 1946, he was the son of the late Peter Epts and Callie Woolfork. He was also preceded in death by his sisters Mary Robinson Spriggs and Thelma Robinson; and his brother Jerome Robinson.

Samuel served in the US Army as a Specialist during the Vietnam War. He was a member of American Legion. He enjoyed sports- especially the Steelers, and the Sixers. He was a loving father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather who will be deeply missed.

Samuel is survived by his sons Wilfred Anthony, Derrick Robinson and his wife Lorraine, and Garrett Robinson; his grandchildren Lenita Anthony, Laquan Anthony, and Latrell Anthony; his sister Annie Pearl Robinson Golphin; and his brother Willie “Buddy” Woolfork; as well as a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

A Graveside Service with military honors will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
