Pauline B. Aldinger Mehaffie, 87, of Harrisburg, died Sunday, December 11, 2022 in her home.

She was a retired Patient Care Assistant for UPMC - Harrisburg Hospital and had worked as a waitress for Sweet Shoppe in Harrisburg. She was a member of Dauphin Sunshine Seniors Group, an Avid Bowler, attended First Church of the Brethren with her son, Ricky, loved camping in Clearfield and Mt. Holly, enjoyed completing crossword puzzle and playing Pinochle.

Pauline is survived by her sons, Samuel J. Mehaffie and wife Nancy J., Harrisburg, Ricky A. Mehaffie and his late wife, Joyce E., Harrisburg, Eugene L. Mehaffie, Jr., and wife Barb Snow and David L. Mehaffie, Harrisburg; her daughters, Pauline B. Martinez, Harrisburg; Bonnie A. Harbinson and husband Vince; her siblings, Zeke Aldinger (deceased), Bill Aldinger, FL, Emma Aldinger Nickel (deceased), Toni Aldinger Mitchel, Harrisburg, Anna Aldinger Evans (Pauline''s Twin Sister), Stoney Creek, Shirley Aldinger Kresege, New Bloomfield and Sue Aldinger Pope (deceased); 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 2 step-great-grandchildren; step-sister, Mary Lou Drysdale, Hershey and step-brother, Donald Poley, Lewisberry.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, December 16, 2022 at 11:00 am in Wiedeman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 357 South Harrisburg Street, Oberlin with Rev. Josiah Ludwick, Pastor, Harrisburg First Church of the Brethren, Officiating. Burial at the conclusion of services will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery. A viewing will be held on Friday from 10:00 am - 11:00 am in the funeral home.
