Mark A. Plesic, 66, of Bressler died Wednesday, August 27, 2025 in his home surrounded by his loving family.

Mark was a retired Highway worker for Swatara Township; President and volunteer for the Friendship Fire Company, Bressler; a member of Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Parish, Steelton; and a collector of many different things.

His party motto was "Go big or go home!"

Mark was the son of Dolores (Poticher) Plesic and the late Richard Plesic Sr. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Theresa Zupanovic. He is survived by his wife Sally Shultz Plesic; two daughters, Karalynn and Carly; one brother, Richard Plesic, Jr. and his companion Brenda; one sister, Diane Welch and her husband Wesley and many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 11:00 am in Prince of Peace-Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, 815 S. Second Street, Steelton. Burial will be in Churchville Cemetery. There will be no viewing or visitation. Wiedeman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Oberlin is handling arrangements.
