Leslie Ann Pugh, 72, of Middletown, passed away surrounded by her family on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at Middletown Home. Born in Harrisburg on March 16, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Forest and Ellen (Rohacek) Pugh.

Leslie worked for Capital Blue Cross as a Claims Analyst for 38 years until her retirement. She loved music, especially The Beatles. Most of all, she was devoted to her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister who will be deeply missed.

Leslie is survived by her children Jamie Pugh and his significant other Christine Arnold of York, PA, and Victoria Patton and her husband Carl of Lebanon, PA; her grandchildren Trevor, Jade, Dustin, Jordan, Mackenzie, Jarrod, and Caitlyn; her great-grandchildren Wyatt, Cameron, Jaxon, Chandler, Cooper, and Avery; her sisters Kaye, Suellen, and Pamela; and brothers Forest “Bud”, Kenneth, and Howard “Kip”; as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Jacqueline, and brother Donnie.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at Wiedeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 357 S Harrisburg St, Oberlin, PA 17113. Burial will follow at Churchville Cemetery. A Visitation will take place in the funeral home prior to service from 9:30 AM-11:00 AM.
