Josephine Ann (Gustin) Cook, 90, of Bressler, passed away at home on Sunday, September 13, 2026. Born in Harrisburg on May 24, 1936, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Hren) Gustin. She was also preceded in death by 13 brothers and sisters.

Josephine was a member of Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Parish and a member of the Steelton Kolo Club. She enjoyed cooking and baking, Croatian Music, and college sports- especially Notre Dame Football. Most of all, she was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who will be deeply missed.

Josephine is survived by her husband of 69 years, Jerry Eugene Cook; her son, David Cook; her grandson, Dakota Cook; and her brother, Stephen “Peewee” Gustin.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 25, 2026 at Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Church, 815 S 2nd St, Steelton, PA 17113, with Rev. Matthew Larlick, Pastor, celebrating. A Visitation will take place in the church prior to service from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Parish at the address above.
