Joan E. (Soulliard) Burnette, 73, of Middletown, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at UPMC Harrisburg Hospital with family by her side. Born in Harrisburg on October 14, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Betty (McCurdy) Soulliard. She was the wife of the late Leo C. Burnette, Jr., who preceded her in death in 2023.

Joan loved fashion and shopping, especially through QVC, and the Christmas holiday season. She also enjoyed music, dining at Progress Grille, and chocolate martinis. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister who will be deeply missed.

Joan is survived by her children Stephanie Kubick, and Donald Teets, Jr. and his wife Nicole; grandchildren Alex, Rylie, and Devon; 2 great-grandchildren; her sister Mary Kepp; and son-in-law David Kubick.
