Jo-Ann Barber Foltz, 81, of Swatara Township, died Sunday, June 16, 2024 in Masonic Village, Elizabethtown.

She was a retired Administrative Assistant for the Dept. of General Services, Commonwealth of PA, with 35 years of service. She was a member of St. Nicholas Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church, Oberlin, where she sang in the SSS Marinkovich Choir, the Circle of Serbian Sisters, the Mothers Club and the Serbian National Federation Lodge No. 37.

Jo-Ann was the daughter of the late Peter Barber, Sr. and Anna Korac Barber and is survived by her husband, Ray F. Foltz, Jr.; one son, Gregory S. Foltz and his wife, Amy of Middletown; one brother, Peter Barber, Jr. and his wife, Arlene of Hershey; a grandson, Ryan Patrick Foltz of Harrisburg; and a step grandson, Conner Leiby of Middletown.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, June 24, 2024 at 1:00 pm in St. Nicholas Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church, Oberlin with Rev. Christopher Rocknage, her Pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Churchville Cemetery, Oberlin. A viewing will be held on Monday from 12 Noon until 1:00 pm in her church. Arrangements are being handled by Wiedeman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Oberlin.
