Obituary

Helen T. Trees Stepp, 95 of Swatara Township, died Wednesday, November 24, 2021, in Church of God Home, Carlisle.

She was a housewife and a member of St. Catherine Laboure Roman Catholic Church, Swatara Twp; Member of the Council of Catholic Women and Past President and member of Harrisburg Pro-Life Committee. She was a Life Auxiliary Member of the Lawton American Legion #998.

Helen was preceded in death by her son, Michael and was the widow of Herbert Stepp. She is survived by her children, Theresa (Ron) Mull; Herbert (Rae Ann) Stepp; Susan (Rick) Speese, Donald (Sharon) Stepp; Daughter-In-Law, Karen Stepp; 14 grandchildren; 30 Great-Grandchildren and her Sister-In-Law, Cecilia Trees.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 11:00 am in St. Catherine Laboure Roman Catholic Church, 4000 Derry Street, Harrisburg, with the Rev. James Lease, Pastor, Celebrant. Burial at the conclusion of Mass will be in Resurrection Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Friday from 10:30 am - 11:00 am in the church. Arrangements by Wiedeman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Oberlin.
