Georgianne Semic Herigan, 82, of Lower Paxton Twp. and formerly of Steelton, died Saturday, December 11, 2021 in Spang Crest Manor, Lebanon.

She was a graduate of Steelton High School Class of 1957, a former Secretary for the Justice Department of the Commonwealth of PA and retired from the Dauphin County Vo-Tech School. She was a member of St. Nicholas Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church, Oberlin and the St. Nicholas Seniors.

Georgie was the daughter of the late Michael Semic, Sr. and Dorothy Barber Semic and is survived by three sons, William R. Herigan, Jr. and wife, Edee of Dauphin, Jeffrey S. Herigan of Middle Paxton Twp., and Robert K. Herigan and wife, Gloria A. of Newport; two brothers, Donald Semic and his wife, Louise of Mechanicsburg and Michael Semic, Jr. and his wife, Kathy of Middletown; and one sister, Shirley Hathaway of Lower Paxton Twp.; eight grandchildren, Nicholas, Andrew, Garrett, Adam, Megan, Molly, Brianna and Zachary.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 11:00 am in St. Nicholas Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church, Oberlin with Rev. Christopher Rocknage, her Pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Churchville Cemetery, Oberlin. A viewing will be held on Friday from 9:30 am until 11:00 am in her church. Arrangements are being handled by Wiedeman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Oberlin.
