Franklin A. "Frank" Spizzieri

Franklin A. “Frank” Spizzieri, 76, of Steelton, passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at UPMC Community Osteopathic Hospital. Born on July 2, 1949 in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late Louis and Amilda (McClain) Spizzieri.

Frank was a very devoted husband and family man. He was a 1968 graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School. He retired from PennDOT with 25 years of service as a Highway Design Manager.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Linda (Clouser) Spizzieri; his son, Dr. Christopher Spizzieri and his wife Maria; and four grandchildren, Angelina (David), Victoria, Alexandra, and Christopher, II.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 26, 2025 in Prince of Peace- Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, 815 S 2nd Street, Steelton, PA 17113 with Rev. Matthew Larlick, Pastor, celebrating. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. A Visitation will be held prior to mass from 9:30 AM-10:30 AM in Wiedeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 357 S Harrisburg Street, Oberlin, PA 17113.
