Earlene Z. (Keim) Hill

Earlene Z. (Keim) Hill, 97, of Harrisburg, died Sunday August 31, 2025 at Masonic Village, Elizabethtown.

She was a retired secretary for the PA Department of Revenue and a member of St. Catherine Laboure Roman Catholic Church, Harrisburg.

Earlene loved to dance. She and her husband, Jim, belonged to a Square-Dancing Club and won a dance contest. She also loved interior decorating, gardening, and cooking meals with love for her family. She was so kind, loving, and caring. Family meant the world to her. She would prepare holiday meals for the entire family and always made every holiday so special.

Earlene was the widow of James P. Hill and is survived by two sons, John H. Oberholtzer of Dunedin, FL and Earl R. Oberholtzer and wife Lynn of Linglestown; one daughter, Sandra L. Shipp of Suffolk, VA; 6 grandchildren, Tricia Emdy and husband Michael, Jason Oberholtzer and wife Jean, Jennifer Agerton and husband Martin, Christi Malone, Tracy Malone and Kevin Malone; 9 great-grandchildren, Peter Mattson and wife Ashlee, Payton Emdy, Christian Malone, Maxwell Fadero, Ty Emdy, Ethan Oberholtzer, Holtyn Agerton, Matthew Malone and Maggie Malone; 2 great great grandchildren, Peter Fynn Mattson and Rowan Quinn Mattson; step daughter Katherine Hartz and husband Richard of Linglestown; and one step son Michael Hill and wife Gayle of Dauphin.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025 at 11:00 am in the Wiedeman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 357 S. Harrisburg St., Oberlin. Burial will be in Rolling Green Cemetery. A viewing will be held on Monday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in the funeral Home.
