Barbara J. "Barb" Kuren

Barbara J. “Barb” Kuren, 80, of Camp Hill, PA, entered into rest on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. She was born on January 18, 1945 in Bressler, PA to the late Frank Kuren, Sr. and Goldie (Garver) Kuren. Barb was also preceded in death by brothers Thomas Kuren, Frank Kuren, Jr., David Kuren, John “Jack” Kuren; her sister Carol Woomer; and her grandson Kenneth R. Kuren. She is survived by her sons Kenneth Kuren and his wife Michelle, and Scott Kuren and his wife Marija; her five grandchildren Nicholas Kuren, and Ante, Ilija, Alojz, and Magdalena Kuren; as well as her brother Ray Kuren.

Barb really enjoyed going to yard sales and auctions, and her greatest pleasure was being with her grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 26, 2025 in Prince of Peace- Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, 815 S 2nd Street, Steelton, PA 17113, with Rev. Matthew Larlick, Pastor, celebrating. Burial will follow at Middletown Cemetery. A Viewing will take place prior to mass from 9:30 AM-10:30 AM in Wiedeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 357 S Harrisburg Street, Oberlin, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 15829, Arlington, VA 22215; or to Prince of Peace Parish at the address above.
