Antoine Baaklini, age 88, of Harrisburg, and formerly of Beirut, Lebanon, peacefully entered into eternal life with his loving family by his side at home on Friday, August 14, 2026. Antoine was born on Saturday, March19, 1938 in Beirut, Lebanon to the late Hanna Baaklini and Lucia (Haikal) Baaklini. In addition, to his parents, Antoine is preceded in death by his lovely wife Saide and his brother Joseph.

Antoine is survived by his three children: Pascale Baaklini and her daughter: Maxine Baaklini-True (husband Anthony True and their sons Milo, Oliver & Killian) of Harrisburg, Nansi Armstrong (Baaklini) and her three sons: Steven, Jr., Travis and Xavier, of Harrisburg; Antoine Baaklini, Jr. (wife Kaitlin, and their children: Antoine, Santino, Lucia, and Layla), of Harrisburg, his two sisters and one brother, and many nieces and nephews.

Antoine was Catholic and a member of St. Catherine Laboure in Harrisburg. He was a man with the most caring and loving soul. Compassionate, hardworking, loving, always doing for others, and his enormous amount of strength and laughter are Antoine’s most noble qualities. His hard-working ethics, dedication, and eagerness to help others are qualities that he has passed down to his children. Antoine’s legacy, the many lives he has touched, and wonderful memories of him will forever warm the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him.

All are welcome to join Antoine’s family on August 20, 2026, for his viewing from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Wiedeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 357 S Harrisburg St, Oberlin, PA 17113; and for his Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at St. Catherine Laboure Church, 4000 Derry St, Harrisburg, PA 17111, with Rev. Tiburtius Antony Raja celebrating. Burial will immediately follow at Resurrection Cemetery at 116 S Oak Grove Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17112.
