Maria M. Monroig Toledo, 89, of Lower Paxton Twp., died Wednesday, December 14, 2011 in her home, one day short of her 90th Birthday.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, Harrisburg.
Maria was preceded in death by her husband, Silverio Toledo; three sons, Heriberto,
Orlando and Sylvester, Jr. and one daughter, Rosa and is survived by her nine children,
Manuel Cordero, Emelina Cordero, Eliseo Cordero, David Cordero, Miriam Toledo, Hector
Toledo, Edith Toledo, Evelyn Monroig, Leila J. Scott; one brother, David Monroig;

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 11:00
a.m. in St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, 1439 Market Street, Harrisburg,
with the Rev. John F. Bednarik, O.F.M., Cap., Pastor, as Celebrant. Burial in Resurrection
Cemetery. A viewing will be held on Monday from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. in the Fackler-
