In Loving Memory....
Joyce L. Feaser Hiester, 75, of Newville, passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, December 11, 2011 in her home.
She was a former employee of Superior Store, Harrisburg and a life member of Faith Tabernacle Congregation Church, Mechanicsburg.
Joyce was the daughter of the late Clarence and Valier Goodyear and the widow of Ronald E. Hiester, Sr. She is survived by three sons, Ronald E. Hiester, Jr. and his wife, Dori of Mechanicsburg, Joseph L. Hiester and his wife, Wendy of North Carolina, and Andrew B. Hiester, Sr. of Loysville; three daughters, Cynthia L. Witherow and her husband, Frank, with whom she lived, Stephanie J. Peffley and her husband, David of Camp Hill, and Crystal J. Fogelsanger of Newville; three brothers, Clarence Goodyear, Jr. of Paxtang, Bruce Goodyear of Millersburg, and Terry Goodyear of Chambers Hill; three sisters, Gayle Eckert of Carlisle, Cheryll Goodyear of Harrisburg and Maxine Roush of Carlisle; 38 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Joyce was preceded in death by one brother, Gary Goodyear and one sister, Lois Adair.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2011 at 1:00 pm in Wiedeman Funeral Home, 357 S. Second St., Steelton with Rev. Roland G. Foster, her Pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Harrisburg. A viewing will be held on Thursday from 10:00 am until the time of services in the funeral home.
