Mildred “Mickey” Roksandich Nye, 76, of Hampden Township , died suddenly on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 in her home.

She was the retired Membership Director for Pennsylvania Funeral Directors Assn. with 19 years of service, an avid sports fan and a tremendous cook.

Mildred was the daughter of the late John and Ann Grunza Roksandich and is survived by two daughters, Ruth A. Carrera and her husband, Bob of Enola and Kathleen Marie Coen of Kansas; two sons, Ronald E. Eynon of Harrisburg and Michael J. Nye and his wife, Jenai of Mechanicsburg; one brother, Michael Roksandich of Camp Hill; 9 grandchildren, Leonard, Stacey, Matthew, Joshua, Jessica, Jason, Jon, Chris and Joshua; 7 great grandchildren, Amanda, Laven, Jordyn, Lauren, Kayla, Kamron and Riley.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2010 at 2:00 pm in Wiedeman Funeral Home, 357 S. Second St . , Steelton with Rev. Donald Hamilton, Pastor of Capital Area Christian Church, Mechanicsburg, officiating. A viewing will be held on Thursday from 12:30 pm until 2:00 pm in the funeral home.
