Peter J. Kostelac, 89, of Bressler, died Sunday, March 28, 2010 in Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Health Care Center , Swatara Township .

He was a retired gardener for the city of Ormond Beach , Florida , a US Navy Veteran of World War II and a member of Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Parish, Steelton.

Peter was the son of the late Matthew and Catherine Bukovac Kostelac and is survived by his caregiver, Brandon M. Slatt and his wife, Lauri S. of Bressler.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 2:00 pm in Wiedeman Funeral Home, 357 So. Second St. , Steelton with Rev. Msgr. James M. Lyons, his Pastor, officiating. Private burial will be held in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery . There will be no viewing or visitation.
