Ivka Francic Kajic, 73 of Swatara Township, died Monday, April 19, 2010 in her home, surrounded by her loving family.

She was a retired employee of the State Senate of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and member of Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Parish, Steelton.

Ivka was the daughter of the late Stipo and Ljubica Coric Francic and is survived her loving husband of 53 years, Josip Kajic; two sons, John A. Kajic and wife, Deborah, Dillsburg and Martin S. Kajic & wife Heather, Baltimore, MD; two daughters, Darinka Stanisic and husband Thomas, Chambers Hill and Irena Mandeville and husband Scott, Plain City, Ohio; two brothers, Josip Francic, Germany and Stipo Francic, Bosnia; one sister, Anka Milanovic, Bosnia; four grandchildren, Matthew, Joseph, Kristina and Casey; many other relatives and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 23, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in Prince of Peace – Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, with the Rev. Msgr. James M. Lyons, Pastor, Celebrant. Burial in Resurrection Cemetery. A viewing will be held on Thursday from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and on Friday from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. in the Wiedeman Funeral Home, 357 South Second Street, Steelton. Recitation of the Rosary, Thursday, 8:00 p.m.
