Lawrence Egresits, 80, of Enhaut, died Tuesday, January 26, 2010 in his home.

He was a retired supervisor for Dutchmaster Meats, Harrisburg and a member of Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Parish, Steelton and the Propagation of the Faith.

Lawrence was the son of the late Lawrence Egresits, Sr. and Maria Grubic Egresits and is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Maria Wild Egresits; two daughters, Monica E. O'Neill and her husband, Joe of Springfield and Marianna Aldridge and her husband, Ken of Oberlin; one brother, Martin Egresits of Victoria, Australia; three grandchildren, Dana Cooper and her husband, Andre of Middletown, Senior Airman Daniel Dutcavich of Patterson AFB, Ohio, and Timothy O'Neill of Springfield; four great grandchildren, Alexa, A.J., Alijah and Aiden Cooper; several nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 29, 2010 at 2:00 pm in Prince of Peace-Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Msgr. James M. Lyons, his pastor, as Celebrant. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery . A viewing will be held on Friday from 12:30 until 1:30 pm in Wiedeman Funeral Home, 357 S. Second St . , Steelton.
