Marian L. Brightbill Arndt, 80, of Susquehanna Twp., died Friday, February 19, 2010 in the Harrisburg Hospital .

She was a former employee of Ohio Casualty Insurance Company, Harrisburg . She volunteered at the former Villa Teresa Nursing Home with her husband Ed, and was a member of Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church , Oberlin and the Lemoyne Senior Citizens.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Edward J. Arndt; one daughter, Victoria Heckel and husband, Todd, Baltimore; one granddaughter, Olivia; one sister, Carol Brightbill, Harrisburg; and one brother, John Brightbill, Seattle.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at 1:00 pm in the Wiedeman Funeral Home, 357 S. Second St . , Steelton with the Rev. Kirk C. Kerns, Pastor of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Hummelstown, officiating. Burial in Churchville Cemetery , Oberlin. A viewing will be held on Wednesday from 11:00 am till 1:00 pm in the funeral home.
